If you are not satisfied, you will have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return the product. Simply return the unused portion in the original box for a prompt refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling). Shipping and Handling fees are non–refundable. Damaged products must be reported within 10 days of receipt or no replacement will be sent or credit issued. There is a 10% restocking charge for all returns. All returns will receive a 90% refund of the cost of the merchandise returned. Credit will be issued to the card used for purchase. Returned merchandise will be processed within 48 hours and funds will be visible in 3 to 4 days. Returned packages require an RMA number to ensure accurate processing. You can receive your RMA number by calling customer service at (800) 961–2291 . Customer is responsible for s & h fees back to the company. No COD’s will be accepted and we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender".
